How is Your Order Dispatched 

We offer different shipping options at affordable rates for customer around the world. Mostly the goods are send by DHL, TNT, FedEx, or Postal Service.  These options listed for each order are based on the customer’s shipping address, product specifications (e.g., weight , size and availability) and the requested shipping time. You can choose your preferred shipping method.

When Will Your Order be Dispatched

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

On-stock items, normally the orders will be shipped in 24 hours.

All items will be send by trackable courier service

Custom Tax

In general, its customer's responsibility to take care of any charges occurred in custom process, unless we have a prior written agreement.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over 300USD. However , Heaters, inks, media and Printheads are not in the offer. Please contact us at inquiry@printerpartssupplies.com if you have any questions.

Return & Refund

Thanks for shopping with us!

Should you receive broken or unwanted item, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 3 days after delivery note been signed.  Please keep the original package with the goods and return it as is.  Please do not return the item(s) without prior contact with us. We are not liable for any lose during the transportation

Returns & Exchange

We will accept, for return or exchange items that are in new condition in its original package. For a full refund or exchange, please mail out your item within 15 calendar days from the date you received it. Items can not be returned or exchanged after 15 days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, Items must be returned unused with all original tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as boxes and dust bags.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, we will immediately notify yo on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved , we will initiate a refund to you in one business day.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
